About Trilex
TRILEX is a wheel system for trucks, trailers and off-road vehicles. The tyre sits on a three-piece rim that is clamped to a wheel spider on the hub, so a tyre can be changed on the road by hand, without a tyre machine; the spider stays on the hub. Rims come in 20, 22.5 and 24 inch sizes. The system came to SAF-HOLLAND in 2008, when it bought the vehicle-parts business of Georg Fischer in Singen, Germany, which made TRILEX wheels and fifth wheels.
